Not much is known about the agent known as Fritz "F-Bomb" Fallon, all that can be said that he is impetuous, adventurous, and a complete goofball. But he does have a serious side; especially when it involves his partner Gillian Frost.
He like Gillian were part of a secret metahuman experiment to make superpowered agents to deal with heroes or villains.
He currently works with H.U.S.H. to uncover and cover up strange events and creatures.
